Catering prices vary based on type of foods, quantity of foods and whether pickup, delivery, or buffet style set-up.  We would recommend 1/3 pound of meat, 2 sides and rolls or corn bread per person.
Without ribs or salmon $7-11per person
With ribs and/or salmon $9-15 per person
